Rain chances on the rise in Central Florida

Orlando to see high temperatures in low 90s

ORLANDO, Fla. – After a beautiful summer day in Orlando on Tuesday, rain chances are on the rise.

"Winds are shifting a little on Wednesday and bringing more moisture onshore and more humid air," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Rain chances increase to 30 percent Wednesday afternoon, with high temperatures reaching 92 degrees.  The average high is 90 degrees.

Rain chances jump to 50 percent on Thursday across Central Florida.

For the weekend, the chance for rain stands at 40 percent.
