Rain, rain goes away -- for a day

Most of Central Florida to remain dry on Tuesday

ORLANDO, Fla. – After 10 straight days of measurable rain in Orlando, there's a very good chance that the City Beautiful stays dry on Tuesday.

"We're tracking drier air and lower rain chances into the afternoon," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.  "High pressure will dominate for one day before more moisture and energy moves in and increases rain chances to 40 percent for Wednesday through Saturday."

The high temperature in Orlando on Tuesday will reach 91 degrees.  The overnight low will be 72.

The beaches will be dry, with a low rip current risk and seas between 1 and 2 feet.

The highs will hover in the low 90s all week.  The average high in Orlando is 91 degrees for the next several days.  Lows will be in the low to mid-70s.
