DELTONA, Fla. -

It's now been more than a month since a Deltona mother and her two kids disappeared.

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office tells Local 6 they are still conducting targeted searches every day looking for the bodies of Yessenia Suarez and her two children, Thalia Otto, 9, and Michael Otto, 8.

A sheriff's spokesman says the searches are being conducted based on information they already have or any new tips that come in.

Suarez's husband, Luis Toledo, remains locked up in the Volusia County Jail.

Investigators say he admitted to killing his wife, but says someone else killed the children.

Investigators say Toledo refuses to tell them or Suarez's family what he did with his wife's body or where her children may be.

The family has not been seen or heard from since October 23.

On October 22, Toledo allegedly attacked Suarez at her workplace in Lake Mary.

Lake Mary police called Toledo that night and told him he would be charged with battery. According to a police report, Toledo then started arguing with the officer and hung up the phone.

The next day, his family disappeared.

Anyone with information on this case, is asked to contact the Volusia County Sheriff's Office immediately.
