TALLAHASSEE – A man arrested in 2010 for committing sex acts against a horse broke into the same barn on Sunday night and was arrested again on sexual activities involving animals charges.
The Tallahassee Democrat reports Patrick Louis Linn, 44, of Havana, was arrested Monday morning after home surveillance video caught Linn breaking into the same barn in Gadsden County. The homeowner found an unknown lubricant on the lock of the horse stable and that the stable had been cleaned, according to the newspaper.

Linn will face two charges of trespassing, one charge of resisting an officer, two charges of burglary and two counts of sexual activities involving animals, according to an arrest report. Linn was arrested in 2011
