Pastor Riva Tims, who founded the New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka with her late ex-husband, has withdrawn her lawsuit against the church.
Tims said last week that she was suing the church's board of directors because she wanted to succeed her ex-husband, Zachery Tims, who was found dead in a New York hotel room in August.

On her Facebook page, Riva Tims said she legally cannot sue the board because she relinquished her right to file a complaint against the church.
Riva Tims said she now fully supports the New Destiny family.
