Fryer claimed that she found her daughter unresponsive and couldn't revive her, but an autopsy revealed Tariji actually died from a blow to her head.

According to the grand jury, Fryer has been indicted on five separate counts for Tariji's death and events surrounding the child's death.

Fryer was indicted on first-degree felony murder, aggravated manslaughter, two counts of aggravated child abuse and tampering with evidence. They cover the events in the child's life from the time of her reunification with her mother on Nov. 17, 2013, through her death on Feb. 6 and the disposal of her body several days later, court officials said.

Fryer will be held in Seminole County jail on no bond.
