SANFORD, Fla. – Guns came off the street in Sanford Sunday when the Sanford Police Department help their annual gun buyback at the old police station in Sanford.

The guns were exchanged for a $25 gift card from Target, one card for one gun until all the gift cards were gone, no questions asked.

The event was held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the old Sanford police station at 815 French Ave. in Sanford.
