Scattered storms expected in Central Florida

High temperatures in Orlando to reach low 90s

ORLANDO, Fla. – Rain chances increase in Central Florida on Thursday, and some storms could be strong.

"The east-coast sea breeze will move inland with higher rain chances in the afternoon," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

The chance of rain stands at 40 percent on Thursday in the Orlando area. 

High temperatures will reach the low 90s, and overnight lows will be in the mid-70s.

Rain chances dip to 30 percent on Friday and Saturday but tick up to 40 percent on Sunday.
