SANFORD, Fla. -

The community of Sanford will celebrate Trayvon Martin's life with a memorial service this weekend.

The memorial will be held at the Goldsboro Welcome Center in Sanford, where city leaders moved Martin's memorial from the neighborhood he was killed.

The service runs Saturday from 11 a.m. til 2 p.m. and will consist of prayer, songs and speakers calling for an end to gun violence.

This month marks two years since Martin was fatally shot in Sanford by neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman. Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder in July 2013.
