LONGWOOD, Fla. – A South Seminole Hospital employee accused of exposing himself to an elderly female patient was arrested on a second set of lewd and lascivious charges.
Police arrested Francisco Rodriguez again on Thursday after a victim saw a news broadcast on his arrest and reported her June 21 incident.

Rodriguez was charged with indecent exposure, lewd and Lascivious in the presence of an elderly person, abuse against elderly without great harm and battery after bonding out earlier that day on a similar charge.
Police said Rodriguez exposed himself to a patient and touched her breast.
