Tracking Hurricane Arthur at it moves along the Carolina coast impacting Cape Hatteras, North Carolina early Friday morning.

It pushes Northeast of there by Friday afternoon with better conditions for the Carolinas Friday night.

Central Florida will have a moderate rip current risk into the weekend.

Seas will be between 3 to 5 feet just off the coast of Volusia and Brevard counties on Thursday.

Seas will lessen by Friday.

Rain chances will be at 50 percent inland and 60 percent along the coast of Volusia and Brevard counties Thursday afternoon as a boundary develops and pushes West to East.

Sea breeze storms will fire up for Friday afternoon.

Storms will die out by the evening hours, after 8 o'clock on Thursday and on Friday for fireworks.

Temperatures will be in the mid 90s with feel like temperatures near 105 Thursday through Sunday.
