ORLANDO, Fla. - A 56-year-old woman was injured Tuesday morning when her SUV crashed through a glass window into an Amscot in Orange County.

Emene Util, of Orlando, was injured in the crash, which occurred around 9 a.m. at 2033 Americana Boulevard near Texas Avenue in Orlando.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Util was trying to park, but her 2002 Hyundai continued into the store, colliding with the front desk.

There were no occupants inside the lobby at the time of the crash, the FHP said.

Util was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

The SUV ended up about 20 feet inside the building.  It was later towed away.

The facility remained open after the crash.
