ORLANDO, Fla. – One of the teens charged in the beating death of Roger Trindade in Winter Park may soon learn his fate.
The 14-year-old, whom News 6 is not naming because of his age, was one of three teens charged after Trindade's death.

Trindade, 15, died days after being found unconscious in Central Park in October.
The 14-year-old pleaded no contest in January to felony witness tampering charges.
Trindade's family said the teen's sentencing is scheduled for 11 a.m., but authorities have not confirmed that.
The two other teens, who are charged with manslaughter, are awaiting trial.
