Temperatures to crash overnight in Central Florida

Chill still in air for Friday Night Football

The chill is still in the air and as the suns sets low, the temperatures will start to crash all across Central Florida.

The high temperatures at Orlando International Airport has only bounced back to 73 degrees.

Look for the overnight low in Orlando to dip to 59, in Daytona Beach 57, and 62 will do it in Melbourne.

On Friday, the warm up begins with the high making it back to 80.

"Friday night football action looks to be the best weather of the season with the temps at kickoff being around 70 or 72 degrees," said Local 6 Chief Meteorologist Tom Sorrells. "It finally feels like football season should."

For the weekend things still look fantastic with the highs holding at about 80 each day, said Local 6 Chief Meteorologist Tom Sorrells.

There is still no chance of rain in the extended forecast.
