Third cold front to invade Central Florida

Areas north of Orlando see 20-degree temps

ORLANDO, Fla. – Central Florida rebounded into the mid-60s later Friday after a freezing start.

The National Weather Service issued freeze warnings for nearly all of Central Florida on Friday morning, and temperatures north of Orlando dipped into the 20s.  Orlando's low was in the mid-30s.

The high in Orlando reached 65 degrees under sunny skies, but a third cold front in a week will then invade the region.

The low temperature early Saturday will be in the upper 30s to low 40s across Central Florida, but Saturday's high will only reach the mid-50s.

Sunday's high nears 70 degrees.

There's no chance of rain through the weekend.
