ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orange County deputies continue to investigate Monday after three decomposed bodies were discovered inside an Orange County home.

The bodies of a man, woman and child were found Saturday inside a house at 10675 Mere Parkway in the Eagle Creek Golf Community. Deputies said they were called to the home around 11 a.m. Saturday to conduct a well-being check on the residents.

The home's owner Gerald Mastro told Local 6 he rents out the home and for the last five years a family, originally from Brazil, lived there. Mastro believes the victims deputies found are his residents Marcio Luiz Ferraz do Amaral, his wife Cledione and their young daughter.

Deputies have not confirmed the bodies match those of the family yet, and say they may have to do further DNA testing. But investigators have said the bodies do resemble the family.

Mastro says Ferraz do Amaral is a pilot for a Brazilian airline. He described the family as "happy and seemingly perfect."

He says the family had recently gotten behind on rent. He'd been in contact with them via e-mail on Nov. 9 to arrange payment and that was the last he'd heard from the family.

According to Mastro, he recently received complaints from neighbors about a smell coming from the home. He had a property manager check on the family and then Saturday deputies found their bodies.

"One of the things that we would be looking at is to determine if it was a murder-suicide inside the garage. Again, that's all preliminary at this point," said Orange County Sheriff's Captain Angelo Nieves. "There is decomposition that we're dealing with. The medical examiner will have to conduct their follow-up with toxicology tests and their medical examination."

The company that rents the house told Local 6 that a 50-year-old man and 34-year-old woman lived with a young child at the home.
