According to police, the man, who was wearing an animal-print skirt, short shirt and long hair extensions, tried to purchase a $200 gift card with fake money.

The employee told the man that she needed a manager to check the currency, and the man then left without buying anything, police said.

Police said the fake bills did not have watermarks and did not feel consistent in comparison to legal money.

No other details were released.
