Resto was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on six charges.

Meanwhile, a Marion County duo was arrested after deputies say they were scamming senior citizens by asking to do handyman work like tree service and then going into the home to steal.

Deputies said the duo was arrested in Jacksonville on Tuesday night after deputies sent out a warning about the scam targeting senior citizens.

In the scam, the couple would approach a homeowner and make an unsolicited bid to do handyman work--in one case tree service and in another filling cracks in the driveway.

The woman and man would find a way to get into the home by asking to use the bathroom or for a glass a water and would then steal from them, according to the report.
