Lake County deputies said David Gonzalez, 35, pulled a woman over for speeding in September.

The woman claims Gonzalez took her cellphone, added himself to her Snapchat account and made her take a selfie of the two of them.

She said Gonzalez then hugged and kissed her and groped her breast.

Gonzalez was later fired from his job.
