UCF Board of Trustees approve tuition hike

Tuition rate would increase 15% for fall 2012

ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees approved a 15 percent increase to the tuition rate for the 2012 fall semester, Local 6 has confirmed.

The rate hike could generate more than $20 million for UCF, according to BOT officials. The tuition increase still must go through another stage of approvals before being officially enacted.
