CLERMONT, Fla. -

A Lake County daycare is shutdown by the state after Department of Children and Families found it should not of been in operation in the first place.

DCF says it notified Isabel Restrepo today that she would have to immediately stop taking care of the children inside her home on Cape Hatteras Drice in Clermont because she didn't have a valid license.

The department says it got tipped off to the daycare because of something that happened with an infant being cared for at the home.

DCF says it doesn't believe that was mistreated but would not release any more details.

Lake County sheriff's office is currently investigating.
