At a Middle Eastern food mart in Longwood, everyone seems to have an opinion on the Syrian conflict and proposed U.S. intervention, but few have a solution.

“Do something, but I don't know at what level,” said Ali Syed.

Central Florida Middle Easterners are torn. Many told Local 10 they are sickened by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's announcement that evidence seems to show the Syrian President used chemical weapons, the neurotoxin Sarin gas, on more than 1,400 Syrian citizens.

"Yeah, I think on humanitarian, we should get involved at least,” said Syed. "I don't know about the military action. That's the biggest question. What level should we be involved in?"

President Obama is seeking congressional approval for a military strike against Syria.

"I don't think we should get involved," said Vanessa Singh. "I think we got our own issues we need to be working on, really."
