Orange County Fire Rescue said about 8,000 gallons of gas and diesel fuel was being carried by the tanker when it flipped over on Vine Street near Hoagland Road.

The steel was punctured in the middle of the tank creating a leak and the puncture hole is unsealable. The fuel had drained into the storm drain.
