Justice was suspended from her job in November. An internal investigation showed she was using her cell phone at the same time a trainee she was supposed to be watching sent emergency crews to the wrong address of a man suffering a heart attack. The man later died.

Justice was arrested after investigators say she pulled a gun on a reporter who had gone to her home to ask about what happened on the job.

Justice is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
