ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Ormond Beach police say they have arrested a man they say is responsible for ransacking nearly a dozen homes and tossing some items into a canal.

Daniel Faulk, 33, was charged on Friday with felony burglary and grand theft in the daytime burglaries near Cordova Avenue, Sylvania Place and Ridgewood Avenue.

Police said Faulk broke into homes and stuffed items such as flat-screen TVs, jewelry, computers and money into a pillowcase.
