Wahlburgers looking to open second Central Florida location

Franchise seeking to sign lease at Waterford Lakes Town Center

ORLANDO, Fla. – Good news for fans of downtown Orlando's Wahlburgers: he restaurant chain is reportedly looking to open another Central Florida location. 

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the franchise is in negotiations to open a restaurant at the Waterford Lakes Town Center.  While the lease hasn't been signed, reports are the restaurant will take the former Amigo's Tex-Mex site.

The location will reportedly be 700 square feet larger than the downtown Orlando location. 

The burger joint is owned by actor and New Kids On the Block member Donnie Wahlberg and his brothers, actor Mark Wahlberg and chef Paul Wahlberg. 

The new restaurant does not have a projected opening date.
