Warm weather continues; patchy fog late

20 percent chance of rain Tuesday

ORLANDO, Fla. – The warm weather in Central Florida is continuing at the start of the workweek.

Monday, the temps were doing well at 4 p.m. with OIA checking in at 84, Melbourne at 84 and Daytona Beach at 79 degrees.

Monday night will see an overnight low of 67 in Orlando. That will lead to partly cloudy conditions early with patchy fog setting up late.

Tuesday, the rain chance is still set for 20 percent, mostly along the coast, and a high of 86.

The normal high for the middle of October is 85. As we move into Wednesday, the high will go to about 87 and continue to rise to a high of 88 on Friday.

Friday won't be record warmth, but it will be about 3 to 4 degrees above normal.

There will be a slight chance of rain each day.
