NASA tested its Morpheus lander on a free flight at Kennedy Space Center on Tuesday afternoon.
The test was a success and the lander went 177 miles high today in 85 seconds, according to Project Morpheus.
NASA hopes the spacecraft will eventually land on the moon and maybe even Mars someday.
Once it's ready, it will be able to deliver up to 1,100 pounds of supplies, according to officials.
