Well-being check leads to decomposed body in Ocala home

OCALA, Fla. – Marion County sheriff's deputies found a decomposed body after being asked to perform a well-being check by authorities in Oklahoma.

Deputies went to a home on 172nd Street in Ocala on Saturday night and made the discovery.

Police in Oklahoma say a woman admitted that she stabbed the Ocala man three weeks ago and that "he was dead."

Kimberly Jean Collins was arrested on charges of second-degree murder.
