WINTER PARK, Fla. – A Winter Park man was arrested Wednesday after authorities said he was in possession of many files of child pornography involving children as young as 3 years old.
A Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation report said David Hall, 63, had 23 images and videos of sexual exploitation of children.
FDLE agents found the images on Hall's Samsung tablet after serving a search warrant on his home on Euston Road, according to the arrest affidavit.
The details of the images and video found in Hall's home were extremely graphic.
Hall is charged with 23 counts of possession of obscene material depicting child sex.
Hall was booked into the Orange County Jail and ordered held on no bond.
