WINTER PARK, Fla. – Winter Park is ranked as one of the top 20 best towns in America for Halloween festivities.
The list, published by Travel and Leisure, ranks Winter Park as no. 12 on the list for embracing Halloween with "events like Pumpkins and Munchkins in Shady Park, with bounce houses, games, a costume contest, and a Trick-or-Treat Trail."

Rollins College's annual Halloween Howl also is listed as one of the events making it a memorable Halloween town, along with the Park Avenue Pet Costume Contest.
Other Florida cities that made the list were Delray Beach and St. Augustine.
