By submitting an entry to this contest, sponsored by WKMG Local 6, ClickOrlando.com, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all Official Rules. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years and older, with a valid picture ID. Winners will be required to sign a release of liability and W9 tax form upon winning. Employees and their relatives of WKMG as well as other companies affiliated with the contest prizes are not eligible to win. Contest begins October 21st, 2013 at 5am and ends October 27. 2013 at 12M. Winners will be chosen on the Local6 Morning News, Monday, October 28th, 2013 from 6am-7am. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of winning. Winners must pick their prizes up at the WKMG studios located at 4466 N. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804 on Friday, November 1st between 9am-5pm or the prizes will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen at random. Winners must have picture ID with them upon arrival to the station to be eligible to accept their prize.

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. If the prize value exceeds $600, winner will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Photo ID will be required to claim all prizes. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, likeness and social media profile used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, in perpetuity, without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, WKMG Local 6 in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold WKMG Local 6, its corporate licensee, its parent corporations, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives, owners and employees harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest
d. Winner understands that prizes are provided by a third party manufacturer or service organization and WKMG Local 6 will not be held liable for defects or warranty issues associated with the prize.
e. Winner is responsible for any purchasing any data plans, adapters or accessories that may be needed for use with the product.
f. WKMG Local 6 reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned due to political, catastrophic or any other conditions throughout the world that prevent award of a prize or prizes in this contest, or for any other reason as determined by WKMG Local 6 in its sole discretion.
g. WKMG Local 6 reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement. WKMG Local 6 reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
h. WKMG Local 6 will not be held responsible for any computer issues or technical glitches that may interfere with the implementation of this contest.
i. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of WKMG Local 6.
j. WKMG Local 6 is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize, or any telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer transmissions that are lost, late or damaged. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. WKMG Local6 reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process.
k. WKMG Local 6 reserves the right to add or amend the rules of this contest until the date of the prize distribution.
l. By entering the contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims and causes of action.
m. Winner must reside in the Orlando Designated Market Area (the broadcast market of WKMG Local 6). Winner is responsible for pickup of the prize at the WKMG Studios starting November 1, 2013 or the prizes will be forfeited. Winners must have picture ID and notification email with them upon arrival to the station to be eligible to accept their prize.
