A Pennsylvania woman was cited after police said she called 911 seeking a divorce.
The 42-year-old woman called just after 1 a.m. Saturday requesting officers be sent to her home in Girard Township to make her husband leave, The Associated Press reported.
She also asked them for a divorce.
The officers said a divorce is a civil matter, and they couldn't force her husband to leave because he hadn't committed any crime.
Instead, police cited her for disorderly conduct for abusing the Erie County 911 system, according to the Erie Times-News.
