OCALA, Fla. – Two women were arrested on suspicion of using drugs in the bathroom at the Marion County Jail visitation center.

Casey West, 25, and Ayla Tillander, 27 were visiting Tillander's boyfriend, Brenton Howard, on Wednesday when they were found using the drug Dilaudid in the women's restroom, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

When Marion County deputies interviewed West, she referred to Tillander and herself as "IV drug users" and said they had shot up Dilaudad recently.
