St. Paul, MN -- The Minnesota Wild claimed veteran center Randy Robitaille from the Nashville Predators on Tuesday.

Robitaille posted 11 goals and 26 assists in 69 games with the Atlanta Thrashers during the 2003-04 season. He registered four points (1 goal, 3 assists) in four preseason games with Nashville this year.

The 29-year-old Robitaille has 51 goals and 96 assists in 318 career games with Boston, Nashville, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, the New York Islanders and Thrashers.
