Official Contest Rules
December 1^st, 2008

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: Entry in this contest, sponsored by WKMG-TV Local 6 and www.Local6.com ("WKMG"), Gold's Gym, Florida's Blood Centers, Florida Heart Group and Campisi Health Centers (collectively referred to herein as "Sponsors"), constitutes your acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state and/or local laws and regulations. Open only to legal residents of the WKMG Local 6 terrestrial geographic viewing area. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of December 1st, 2008. On-line entry period begins on December 1st, 2008 at 10 a.m. and ends on December 31st, 2008 at Midnight. Any time of day referenced in the Official Contest Rules is stated in Eastern Time.
HOW TO ENTER
You may enter the "Local 6 Get Fit Club 2" contest by completing an on-line entry form, which includes name, address, telephone number, email address and other information, and by telling us in 150 words or less why you need to get healthy. Entrants may only enter once. All entries become the property of WKMG.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Entrants may not be elected officials or currently running for any political office (local, state or federal). Entrants must be willing to sign an affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts in the Registration Form and attesting that they meet all the eligibility requirements. Employees of WKMG and all other Sponsors and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as members of the immediate families and households of such employees, including children, spouses and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such employees (whether related or not), are not eligible.
SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
Six (6) Winners will be selected to participate in the on-line reality series Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 by representatives of Sponsors (herein referred to as "Judges"), in the Judges' sole discretion. The Judges will select Finalists from the on-line entries in their sole discretion based on entrants need to get fit. Finalists shall come to WKMG studios to meet with Judges on or after January 1st. All Finalists will be subject to a background check, and must provide required authorization and information, including social security number, to allow Sponsors to conduct same. Any Finalist who does not pass a background check will be disqualified from the contest. Six (6) Winners will be selected from the Finalists based on the same Criteria used to select the Finalists. Each of the six (6) Winners must be available during the week of January 5th - 9th 2009, for health screening tests, including but not limited to heart stress tests, blood work, body fat tests, to be conducted by Florida Heart Group and Campisi Health Centers. Each of the Winners must also be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from January 5th , 2009 through June 5th, 2009 to workout with Local 6 Sports Anchor Todd Romero and to film the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 series. If for any reason, Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that any of the Winners do not meet any of the eligibility requirements, the Judges will disqualify such Winner(s) in their sole discretion, and the Judges will select an alternate Winner using the same criteria as stated above. The decisions of the Judges are final and all entrants and Winners agree to be bound by these decisions.

The Winners will be chosen from among all of the eligible entries received by WKMG at www.Local6.com. The odds of winning depend on the number of people who participate in the contest. Each Finalist will be contacted by email on or after January 1st, 2009 by WKMG. If any Finalist does not confirm receipt of email within three (3) business days of being contacted or, if his/her notification is returned as undeliverable or, if he/she is found to be ineligible, then he/she will be disqualified. If any Winner does not sign the required waiver and release forms or, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules or, if he/she does not pass the required health screening tests, then the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received, in Sponsors' sole discretion.
THE PRIZE/PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL 6 GET FIT CLUB
Six (6) Winners will be offered the opportunity to participate in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2, an on-line reality series, which will be broadcast on-line at www.Local6.com for a five-month period at a date and time to be specified by WKMG, in the sole discretion of WKMG. Prizes are non-assignable and non- transferable. No substitutions are allowed. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. The Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. As a condition of receiving the contest prize, the Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, authorizing use of their recorded likeness, performance and/or voice by WKMG in any program or promotion, and grant permission to WKMG to broadcast and rebroadcast on-air and on-line Winner's appearance in that program or promotion, in whole or in part, for any purpose, and Winners shall execute a waiver of Winner's right, title and interest to and in his/her performance in any program produced or broadcast by WKMG and all intellectual property associated or related thereto. Failure to sign the required affidavit or releases, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Contest Rules, may, in WKMG's sole discretion, result in the Winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize.

By entering the contest you agree that if you are selected as a winner to participate in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2, you will be required to undergo and pass a heart stress test and other health screening tests that will be conducted by Florida Heart Group and Campisi Health Centers in connection with this contest, and you agree to sign waiver of liability forms and forms authorizing the release of the results of these screening tests to Sponsors. The health screening provided by Florida Heart Group and Campisi Health Centers is not intended as a substitute for consulting your health care professional before participating in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2. Do not participate in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 if your physician or health care provider advises against it.

Winners shall not be, by virtue of winning the Local 6 Fit Club 2 Contest, an employee of Post-Newsweek Stations, Orlando, Inc., d/b/a WKMG Local 6, or Post-Newsweek Stations, Inc., nor of any Sponsor. The hours for which the Winners need to be available to participate will be determined by WKMG, in its sole discretion. These hours and days can change at any point during the filming of the series. The Winner(s) may be asked to appear on behalf of WKMG at various community events and Winners agree not to appear at any said events or other public appearances without signed approval from WKMG.

WKMG reserves the right to substitute or postpone or cancel any portion of this contest, or to cancel the contest in its entirety, in its sole discretion. WKMG further reserves the right to postpone or cancel the broadcast of the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 on-line reality series, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Winners agree during their participation in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 to make themselves exclusively available to WKMG for publicity and promotion during the participation period, and agree that they will not allow interviews by other media outlets, including television, magazines, newspapers, radio, and internet, unless authorized by WKMG.
2. Winners may not wear apparel that contains recognizable commercial logos during their appearances on www.Local6.com and/or WKMG Local 6.
3. Winners agree not to bring or to possess while participating in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2, any illegal drugs, alcohol, firearms, or any other items determined by WKMG to be banned. In addition, Winners should do nothing that would be an embarrassment to WKMG or other Sponsors. WKMG reserves the right to intervene in the case of any person deemed by WKMG to be intoxicated or in violation of any law and/or to cancel that person's participation in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 series.
4. WKMG reserves the right to make public personal information about the entrants and Winners on-air, either prior to, during, or following the broadcasting of the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 series. Entrants and Winners acknowledge that any positive or negative information regarding an entrant or Winner that WKMG may disclose during the series may be more or less favorable than similar information disclosed by WKMG regarding other entrants or Winners.
5. In all disputes regarding these Official Contest Rules, WKMG is the sole judge and its actions are final.
DISCLAIMER
All entrants and Winners assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in this contest, including the participation of Winners in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2. All entrants and Winners release WKMG and other Sponsors and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and their parents, subsidiaries and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any such liability. WKMG does not vouch for the medical advisability of Winners' participation in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2 or the safety or effectiveness of the heart stress test or any other health screening tests or procedure or treatment that Florida Heart Group, Florida Blood Centers and/or Campisi Health Group may perform or propose, or the skill, training, expertise or judgment of the healthcare professionals at Florida Heart Group, Florida Blood Centers and/or Campisi Health Group. Winners agree that they will exercise their own judgment with respect to such matters. WKMG encourages Winners to seek a second opinion. Winners acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own healthcare decisions and have not relied on any statement by any WKMG representative in making any such decisions. Winners acknowledge and agree that neither they nor their family members will hold WKMG or other Sponsors, their affiliates and parent companies, or any of their representatives liable for any consequences, including injury or death, which may result as a consequence of any medical advice Winners may receive, and for Winners' participation in the Local 6 Get Fit Club 2, and they release and discharge WKMG and other Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and their representatives from any such liability, including but not limited to liability for negligence.

The Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, or theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the game or contest, the Sponsors reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they believe has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or postage due.
Additional Rules: The "Local 6 Get Fit Club 2" contest is sponsored by WKMG-TV and www.Local6.com ("WKMG"), Gold's Gym, Florida's Blood Centers, Florida Heart Group, Campisi Health Centers (the "Sponsors"). Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by the decisions of the Judges, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification from the competition. WKMG reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. WKMG reserves the right to modify the rules at any time if necessary. WKMG reserves the right to terminate the entry period prior to its scheduled end date and time, and to choose among entries received prior to the date and time of such termination, and/or to cancel this contest in its entirety at any time without selection of a Winner(s).
