Blackhawks 2, Blue Jackets 1 (SO): Patrick Kane scored the deciding goal in the shootout after setting up his team's only goal in regulation as Chicago completed a four-game season sweep of host Columbus.

Defenseman Johnny Oduya scored his first goal and captain Jonathan Toews also scored in the shootout as the Blackhawks rebounded from back-to-back losses following their record 24-game point streak with their fourth one-goal victory over the Blue Jackets.

Corey Crawford made 29 saves and denied Ryan Johansen and Derick Brassard in the shootout to earn his ninth consecutive victory over the Blue Jackets and lift Chicago to its sixth straight win in Columbus.

Defenseman Jack Johnson scored on the power play and Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 39 shots as the Blue Jackets set a franchise record with a nine-game (5-0-4) point streak - all coming since a 1-0 loss to the Blackhawks on Feb. 24.

Oduya put Chicago on the board with 3:15 left in the second period, collecting a perfect feed from Kane and beating Bobrovsky top-shelf. The lead was short-lived, as Johnson ripped a shot past Crawford on the power play 52 seconds later.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Kane notched his 17th assist to reach 400 points for his career, making him the fifth-fastest player in franchise history to reach that mark. ... Blue Jackets C Artem Anisimov scored in the shootout in his return to the lineup after missing the previous three games with a lower-body injury. ... Oduya's goal halted a 39-game drought dating to March 9, 2012.
