No. 19 Saint Louis 70, Saint Joseph's 53: Dwayne Evans scored 21 points and pulled down 12 rebounds to lead the host Billikens to their 10th straight win.The Billikens (22-5, 11-2 A-10) trailed 2-0 but scored the next six points and never trailed again. They led just 29-27 at the break but opened the second half on an 8-0 run and the Hawks (15-11, 6-7) never got closer than eight points the rest of the way.Jordair Jett's layup midway through the second half gave Saint Louis a commanding 50-32 lead and it eventually led by as many as 20 in the final minutes. The Billikens have not lost since dropping an overtime game to Rhode Island on Jan. 2 and are 16-2 at home.Saint Joseph's, which has lost the last seven games in the series, was led by Ronald Roberts Jr. with 25 points.
