ORLANDO, Fla. -

It was a historic night for this week's ClickOrlando.com High School Game of the Week at Olympia High School. The Apopka Blue Darters needed 45 points to break Florida's high school scoring record and the Darters did just that.

Olympia's defense made very few stops tonight. Quarterback Chandler Cox called his own number in the 3rd quarter. His 4-yard touchdown run made the game 31-10 Apopka.

Chandler Cox wasn't done. Still in the 3rd quarter, he rumbled behind his center for a 1-yard touchdown run making the game 38-10 going into the 4th.

Olympia got their offense going in the 4th. Quarterback Alex Gomez hit Michael Macon on a slant over the middle, cutting the Apopka lead to 21.

But Apopka's offense was too much. They added another touchdown and with the extra point, they broke the record for most points scored by a high school in Florida. They beat the Titans Friday night 45-17.
