The new book doesn't come out until next week, but it will be in many local libraries early.

Librarians are under strict orders that no one can even crack open a box of the books.

In fact, libraries had to sign an agreement to keep the book locked up or face steep fines up to $200,000, WKMG reported.

The final book in the series will be officially released at 12:01 a.m. on July 21.
