Interns in the WKMG sports office will benefit from staff members who have years of experience in presenting authoritative and entertaining material. This will be hands on internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assisting in the gathering on information.

Helping producers, reporters and anchors with research.

Assisting photographers in the field.

Answering calls and performing minor clerical jobs in the office.

Interns will work very closely with all staff members. This is a great opportunity to see how a top flight sports office work.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Must be a junior or senior in a Broadcasting, Journalism or Communications Program.

Must be responsible.

Must be willing to take direction.

Must be willing to work under deadline pressure.

Must earn college credit.

Letter of recommendation is required from an instructor in your program.
