A controversial billboard is reminding motorists to slow down while driving in the rain.

The New Zealand billboard shows a child's face, which "bleeds" when it rains.The billboard is part of a new safety campaign.When it's not raining, the billboard shows a boy's face, but when it pours, so does the fake blood. A banner on the ad says "rain changes everything, please drive to the conditions."Police said there have not been any traffic deaths in the area since the billboard went up.
