Man killed in Osceola County motorcycle crash ID'd

FHP identifies man as Joseph Demma

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A 73-year-old man died Sunday in a motorcycle crash in Osceola County, the Florida Highway Patrol said. 

Troopers said Joseph Demma, of West Palm Beach, died in the accident, which happened on U.S. 441 at South Canoe Creek Road.

The FHP said Demma lost control of his bike for an unknown reason and was thrown from it after the vehicle left the roadway. 

Demma was flown to Holmes Regional, where he died, the FHP said. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the FHP.
