Azoth Brandao Bertarello, 24, was killed in the crash, which occurred around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on I-4 westbound at State Road 408.

The body of Bertarello, whose family lives in Brazil, wasn't discovered, however, for hours.  Passersby called police around 7 a.m. after seeing the body and a 2007 Suzuki motorcycle along the highway.

Orlando police said it appears Bertarello went off I-4 at the State Road 408 entrance ramp and struck a concrete pole.  He was not wearing a helmet, police said.

One lane of I-4 was closed as police investigated the crash, which caused backups in the area.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is urged to call the Orlando Police Department.
