Lynx In Central Florida Back Running Monday

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Lynx, the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, will be fully operational on Monday, August 16.LYNX operates 62 "Links" in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.For safety reasons LYNX buses will be treating intersections with inoperable traffic signals as four way stops. Officials are asking that motorists yield to buses as they approach intersections without signalization.Normal fixed route bus service will be available as soon as public officials determine that all roadways that LYNX operates on are clear and that service can resume safely.Customers with questions are asked to call the Orange County non-emergency phone number at (407) 836-3111 or the Lynx information number at (407)841-LYNX number.Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
