After sunny start to week, rain headed to Central Florida

System to north moving into Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. -

Another beautiful day is on tap in the Orlando area.

"After a spectacular weekend, sunny skies will continue for Central Florida into Tuesday," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Temperature will warm to 82 on Monday with breezy conditions.  The overnight low will be in the lower 60s.

The forecast for Tuesday will be similar to Monday.

By Wednesday, however, a front from the north will bring rain, with storm chances standing at 40 percent.

After the front, high temps will be 10 degrees cooler on Thursday, warming to 74 degrees.

By the weekend, high temperatures will only reach the 60s.
