Lows in 40s expected in Orlando area over weekend

ORLANDO, Fla. -

After weeks of warm, above-normal temperatures, a new cold front is headed to Central Florida.

Colder air will arrive over the weekend, and the front will bring 20 percent rain chances on Friday and 40 percent rain chances on Saturday.

After the front passes, temperatures will drop into the 40s Saturday night.

By Sunday, highs will only reach the low 60s.

High temperatures near 80 degrees will return next week.
