ORLANDO, Fla. -

A front brought in dry, cooler air for Central Florida, and some parts of the region started the day in the 40s.

Temperatures across the region ranged from the upper 40s in Marion County to near 60 degrees in Orlando and almost 70 in Brevard County.

Overnight lows in Orlando will hover near 60 degrees, and there's no chance of rain for the rest of the week.

Temperatures increase to near 90 by the end of the week and into the weekend.

"There will be dry conditions and an increased fire threat through the end of the week," Bridges said.

Slight rain chances return on Sunday.
