Temperatures will be much cooler Friday in Central Florida as afternoon high temperatures will struggle to hit 60 degrees.

Parts of Marion County started off the day in the 30s.

"Rain chances are out of the picture altogether behind the front that is bringing the cold air," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "Temperatures for the most part will feel like the 50s all day."

High temperatures will warm into the mid-60s on Saturday, and rain chances will be at 30 percent early Sunday.

Sunday's high will hit 62 degrees after starting in the 40s.

"Temperatures will stay in the 60s all week long next week, with no rain chances," Bridges said.
