Central Florida warms up after chilly start

Weak front brings slight rain chances to Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. -

After starting Tuesday in the 40s and 50s, temperatures warm into the upper 70s and low 80s across Central Florida.

"Central Florida can expect only a 20 percent coverage of rain by Tuesday afternoon," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

The overnight low will be in the low 60s.

Wednesday's high temperature will reach 86 degrees, and highs by Friday will be in the low 90s.

"Temperatures stay near 90 for the weekend, but rain chances increase to 30 percent by Sunday," Bridges said.
